Malifax Technologies (S) Pte. Ltd.
By selecting Malifax BYOD Managed Router Service package, customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions of Service:
i) Invoice will be emailed at the start of each contract month.
ii) Customer shall provide the necessary administrative and remote access required for service delivery.
iii) Any replacement hardware licenses, or third-party support contracts shall be chargeable separately.
iv) Unauthorised configuration changes by the Customer or third parties may affect service performance and may incur additional charges for remediation.
v) Support hours and response times are subject to the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA).
vi) Malifax Technologies shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, security breaches, or business losses arising from hardware failure, ISP outages, third-party services, or factors beyond its reasonable control.
vii) Customer may terminate this agreement at the end of the initial contract term by providing Malifax with at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.
viii) Upon expiry of the contract term, the service shall automatically continue a month-to-month basis under the same terms and conditions.
